We can assist in measuring for your order and will have a full quote within 1-3 business days. Once approved we will provide a full set of shop drawings for your contractor within five business days.
We can then make all shipping arrangements and deliver to your doorstop. If needed we can assist in providing a licensed contractor to complete your install.

After renovating and managing hundreds of properties in Puerto Rico; we had installed windows from local manufacturers as well as Stateside manufacturers. Some of the top names in the industry.
We regrettably found this only increased costs. Hardware still corroded, the aluminum powder coat would fail and the frames would rust. The construction was light weight and of low-quality. Getting repairs was almost impossible and usually failed.
We finally ordered from an off-shore supplier and to our surprise the windows were of the highest quality we have seen. The windows weighed enough that four people were required to move them. The frames were of high grade thick aluminum WITH a non-thermal break for insulation and the quality was the best we had seen.

Once your order is finalized the production time is typically 30-45 days with shipping and delivery taking another 30-45 days.
Once you have completed your custom order and you approve the final shop drawings a deposit is required. Once the order is manufactured and you have received shipping instructions with packing slip and photographs the final payment is due.
Absolutely. We have ordered for many clients in Puerto Rico and we were the first one to do so. In our very first order we received three damaged windows and doors. It took three emails and a set photos and our replacement product was on its way. No Charge to Us!
